ZA Vibratory Bowl with Separator and Dryer

This machine is driven by a specially designed vibratory motor to move the tumbling media and parts within the circular bowl in an endless three dimensional vibratory motion. The parts and media travel in both helical and orbital motion paths within the circular bowl to achieve desired surface finishing with no parts impingement by tumbling media. Such machines are popularly used for deflashing, deburring, descaling, radiusing, surface polishing and pre-plating finishing of more delicate parts which might be damaged by centrifugal disc finishing machines. The ZA model is also equipped with internal media separator system - by lowering down the lever, both media and parts will climb up the ramp passing over a separating screen. Media falls back into the bowl while the finished parts are discharged via the machine outlet. Available standard bowl sizes include 50, 100, 200, 450, 600, 900 and 1200 liters.
