Spiral Vibratory Bowl with Separator and Media Return

This high production spiral vibratory bowl finishing machine has motion set up such that the tumbling media and parts move in an endless three dimensional vibratory motion within the spiral guides of the fixed circular bowl from the center and then outwards to the periphery of the bowl when processing is complete. The parts and media travel in both helical and orbital motion paths within the spiral guides to achieve desired the desired surface finishing in a single pass through the system.  Processed parts exit the system via the media separating conveyor while media is returned to the center of the bowl for reuse.  Unprocessed work pieces are also fed to the center of the bowl either manually or via optional automatic parts loader.
